Refund policy

 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Whipl, Unit 2A, 17/F Gleanely Tower, No.1 Glenealy Central, Hong Kong, support@whipl.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Order processing and cancellation

Orders are processed immediately after receipt of the order. It is therefore not possible to cancel or change the order before shipping. The statutory right of withdrawal after receipt of the goods remains unaffected.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must repay to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. The refund will be arranged within fourteen days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

We process orders immediately after they are received. Cancellation after ordering is therefore not possible. Consumers have the right to request a return within fourteen days of receiving the goods within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

- If the return was caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the shipping company chosen by the consumer.
- If the delivered goods are damaged or incorrect for reasons for which we are responsible, we will bear the shipping costs.
To ensure quick processing and refunds, please include a note in the package with the payer's name, order number, email address and reason for return.
